Say it the way you meant to.
Select text in any app on your Mac, pick a tone, and RevTone rewrites it in place.
To Dana, project lead
Works where you already write.
Select the text
In Mail, Slack, Telegram, your browser, anywhere you type. There is nothing to copy and nowhere to paste.
Click the lion
It appears beside your selection. Or press ⇧⌘T, or a shortcut of your own.
Pick a tone
The rewrite replaces your selection. Not quite right? Ask again, and step back to any earlier version.
Twelve tones, and room for yours.
Tell RevTone who you're writing to, and it pitches the rewrite for them. Add your own tones and addressees in Settings, and keep your favourites one click away.

Writing to
You choose where the rewriting happens.
On this Mac
Apple's on-device model. Your text never leaves the computer. It doesn't cover every language yet, Ukrainian included.
With your own key
Paste an OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Text goes straight from your Mac to that provider, billed to your account.
Through a tool you have
Already use Claude Code or Codex? RevTone can run rewrites through it, on the plan you already pay for.
RevTone never reads password fields and doesn't record what you type. Your rewrite history stays on this Mac, and you can switch it off.
